Raquette Lake. Boat Parade. 7 p.m. boat parade in the village. Fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Moonlight cruise with live entertainment following fireworks.

Raquette Lake. Durant Days. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A re-enactment of the steamboat route William West Durant developed. Includes cruise up Marion River.

Syracuse. Elephant Extravaganza. This great annual event celebrates our majestic Asian elephants. Demonstrations displaying their amazing strength and skills will be featured. Rosamond Gifford Zoo at Burnet Park, S. Wilber Ave. Free with paid admission to the Zoo. 10am - 4pm. (315) 435-8511

DeWitt. 35th Annual Canal Day. Features a fishing derby, pancake breakfast, 5K race, children’s entertainment & games, wildlife exhibit, food vendors and so much more!
